At Casa Mirari, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with EU and Spanish consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day period and return the item in accordance with the conditions below. If we agree to accept a return request made after this period, you will have 14 calendar days from our confirmation to send the item back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 14 calendar days of our confirmation of your cancellation request.
• Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned with the original packaging where reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or fit.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Casa Mirari cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return is due to our error.

Store Credit

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive store credit for the full value of your returned item. Store credit can be used on any future purchase at Casa Mirari and will be issued once your return has been approved.

In-Store Exchange

If you prefer, you may visit our Casa Mirari store to exchange your item for another size, colour, or product of equal or greater value (any price difference will be payable).

Please bring your order confirmation and ensure the item meets the return conditions above.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund, and we will cover any applicable return shipping costs.
