2. Scope

These terms govern access to and purchases made through casamirari.com. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

3. Products and pricing

Casa Mirari sells new, authentic premium menswear and accessories at outlet prices. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Reference prices («original price») reflect the manufacturer's recommended retail price or the item's previous price. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; in such cases you may confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is placed when you complete checkout, and confirmed by email. The contract is concluded in Spain in the language you selected (Spanish or English).

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed through secure payment gateways. Casa Mirari does not store full card details.

6. Shipping

We ship within Europe. Costs, timeframes and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and calculated at checkout.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under EU and Spanish consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. The procedure and conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the 3-year legal conformity guarantee provided by Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If a product is non-conforming, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or contract termination, as applicable.

9. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, images, the Casa Mirari brand, design) is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Third-party brands sold in our store belong to their respective owners.

10. Liability

Casa Mirari is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control or for damage arising from misuse of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be heard by the courts determined by applicable consumer regulations. You may also use consumer arbitration boards (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo) or other out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms. For any complaint, contact us at hola@casamirari.com.
